biofirefuel Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE on all orders to the UK Mainland^.

• Standard delivery is 2 working days on orders received by 12pm. Orders to areas outside of the UK Mainland are delivered in 3 to 5 working days.

• For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man,  your delivery charge will be calculated during the checkout process.

 

• ^ Areas excluded from the definition of UK Mainland include the Scottish Highlands and Islands and some postcodes in the Aberdeen and Grampian regions. If your delivery address is identified as being in these areas, your delivery charge will be calculated during the checkout process.

 

biofirefuel work closely with our couriers but we do not take responsibility for failed specific day deliveries, though we will do our utmost to track the delivery and re-arrange delivery at the next available opportunity. Unless specific delivery instructions are provided during the checkout process, orders will require a signature upon delivery.
